So you’re in Amsterdam, one of the most popular destinations in the world. This city is so extraordinary that it’s worth considering hiring a professional photographer to capture your experience here.
So, as an Amsterdam Photographer with over eight years of experience in this field, I can share my experience with people from all around the world.
The first thing you should probably know is that I am utterly in love with this city. Secondly, I am passionate about catching on camera the truth behind human emotions.
Joy. Happiness. Affection. Trust. Love. These are simple emotions. But, oh, they look so good on you.
I love to watch people enjoy the whole process of photography and feel like they have made a great new friend in Amsterdam because that’s what I hope we become.
I believe I’m a photographer guided by love. I adore couple photography and family vacation photoshoots. My role is to make sure everybody feels comfortable, laughing, playing around, being themselves while I capture the most genuine moments on camera.
Since moving to Amsterdam, I have worked with hundreds of people from all around the world. I will snap the perfect pictures of you walking on the streets of Jordaan, admiring the Gingerbread Houses near Damrak, or kissing each other in the Nine Streets area.

If you want to know what I usually suggest to the people who hire me for professional photoshoots in Amsterdam, here is what I say:
Make sure you’re wearing something that resembles your personality. Don’t waste a perfect opportunity to shine!
If you’re planning to wear high heels, bring a pair of flat shoes to change in when we walk from one destination to another. You don’t want to get tired in the middle of the photoshoot, right?
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in, but if you don’t know what to wear you can always ask me, I’m always happy to help you!
If you’re doing a group photoshoot or a love story photography, make sure you and your partner, family, or friends coordinate your outfits. A photo will look more harmonious when everybody looks like they belong there.
Wear comfy clothes. If your clothes are making you feel odd, it will be visible in the photos. The more you can relax, the better the result.

What can I say? Having a smartphone is a big game-changer for travelers from all around the world. However, is it enough to take a few selfies while this town has so much to offer? It isn’t.
